Isaac
Co-Founder
Isaac comes from a heavy background in finance broking having his own brokerage for a number of years, following his very large passion for service-based business, the idea of staff sourcing came about due to the lack of guidance and support or overall communication from any other outsourcing company.
After trying many different agencies for his own brokerage and ending up trial and error testing many many different staff, from perm to contractors to freelancers he ended up finding the formula that just worked growing his team to 5 offshore employees in the first few months.
Following Isaac's background in finance and running his own business, Isaac has also had some experience in recruitment both temp and perm, so he is very familiar with finding the most quality staff to place in your business.
He doesn't believe in just servicing a client once, he wants to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships that prosper for years and years to come.
Felix
Co-Founder
Over the course of his career, Felix has overseen the development, training, and leadership of seven sales teams, one of which comprised more than twenty members. Presently, as the director of two financial service companies, Felix possesses keen insights into effective company management and team cultivation for sustainable growth.
Recognising the challenges faced by businesses in the financial services industry, Felix has joined forces with Isaac. Together, they aim to address the industry's staffing needs by providing businesses with access to highly skilled, well-trained, and dependable professionals at an equitable cost.
